excellent room size, good spa facilities, access to local trails
The building's entry lacks appeal!!! Limited parking can be frustrating, especially when needing to park outside!!! Some rooms feel outdated with dark decor and small TVs!!! Consider investing in some modern upgrades!!!

I loved being just a short walk from Jubilee Beach and only a quick stroll to the Coastal Wholefoods Cafe & Health Grocer, making it super convenient for my weekend adventures.

The views from the rooms are pretty stunning, especially from those with a bay outlook. The shower in the room was quite impressive, delivering a refreshing experience after a long day, and the onsite bottle shop is a convenient touch for making your stay more enjoyable.
The hotel is a bit overpriced, especially when you can find cheaper stays elsewhere that offer similar amenities. The rooms and bathrooms could use an upgrade, with some walls looking tired and the tiled areas having signs of mould. Plus, if you're loading up on luggage, just know that there’s no lift, so prepare for a bit of a trek if you're on the upper floors. And if you have your heart set on dining at the restaurant, check ahead because it could be closed during your stay, which is what happened to me.

Had a blast with friends visiting the adventure playground and canoeing at the lakes nearby. Our stay was made even better by the helpful staff who accommodated our request for a ground floor room. The fun spots just a short drive away added to the experience, and we appreciated a clean and comfy room with fantastic views.
On the downside, the restaurant prices were a bit steep, which was a letdown considering our overall positive stay.

The family room with bay view offered stunning vistas that truly enhanced my stay! I appreciated the amenities like a fridge and microwave, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to scenic bike trails along the coast.
The absence of a lift made it somewhat inconvenient for lugging my bags upstairs.

It was just a prime choice for a couple of nights in Swansea with value for money. The modern shower fittings in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise after a long day. Carry light bags as the stairs can be a hassle.

Comfortable Visit with a Few Quirks
We had a lovely 3-night stay in the family room with a beautiful bay view. Enjoyed quality tea and coffee. Be aware, the restaurant is popular, so make reservations early to enjoy their exquisite ricotta gnocchi. a cozy spot with stunning views!

The family room with bay view was super comfy! Loved the fridge and microwave. Quality tea and coffee were a nice touch. The shower was great, and the view was absolutely incredible! It was cozy, even on a chilly night. Just a little bummed that there's no lift, hauling bags up the stairs was a bit of a hassle. it felt like a classic motel but with some solid perks!

Our stay in the family room offered lovely views of the bay, making mornings delightful. The location is perfect for bike riding enthusiasts, with easy access to local trails and beach paths. The room was well-equipped, featuring a microwave and a coffee pod machine, which added a cozy touch to our stay.
Despite the enjoyable stay, the lack of a lift made our upstairs room a bit of a challenge to access with bikes and luggage.

Really enjoyed my stay here with a fabulous room boasting a bath and a charming balcony view. The place had lovely gardens to unwind in and a cozy lounge area to kick back after a day of exploring. Only downside was the restaurant being closed during my visit, but that just means I’ll have to come back! 😊
